Payment Policy

We require 25% of the total price upfront before starting your project. This secures your place in our schedule and allows us to dedicate resources to your video.

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final video.

   • The refund applies only if we cannot meet your expectations after making two rounds of revisions.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit:

   • The upfront 25% deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial consultation, planning, and editing time.

3. Revision Process:

   • You will receive a draft version of the video and can provide feedback for revisions.

   • If the final version after two revisions does not meet your satisfaction, the remaining 75% of your payment will be refunded.

4. Exceptions:

   • Refunds do not apply if the dissatisfaction stems from incomplete or unclear instructions provided at the start of the project.
